Resumé
Three main research paradigms are discussed: qualitative, quantitative, and mixed. Qualitative research focuses on understanding social phenomena, using flexible methods and inductive reasoning. Quantitative research tests theories with objective measurements and deductive reasoning. Mixed research combines both approaches, adapting methods based on the research needs and objectives.
