The Pocket Plan is designed specifically for mobile (iOS and Android app) users, offering a cost-effective option for those who primarily use Sider on their smartphones or tablets.

2. Can I use my Pocket Plan subscription on the browser extension?

No, the Pocket Plan is exclusive to the mobile app (iOS and Android) and the unlimited credits cannot be used with the browser extension. On the extension, Pocket Plan subscribers are treated as free users, receiving 30 free basic credits per day. However, you can still access premium features on the extension, such as data analysis and web access. Keep in mind that using these features will consume your daily free credits.

3. Can I use other plans (Basic, Pro, Unlimited) purchased on mobile devices on other platforms like the browser extension?

Yes, absolutely. All other subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Unlimited) purchased on mobile devices are fully cross-platform compatible. This means you can use these plans on any supported platform, including the mobile app (iOS and Android), Windows app, Mac app, and the browser extension.

Unlike the Pocket Plan, which is exclusive to mobile devices, these other plans offer the flexibility to use Sider across all available platforms with the same benefits and credit allowances. This allows you to seamlessly switch between your mobile device and computer while maintaining access to your subscription features.

4. Why do the newest models, like the o1 series, cost more credits per query?

The latest models, like the o1 series, are significantly more expensive to run (3–15 advanced credits per query). This is because they not only generate sophisticated outputs, but their advanced reasoning process consumes far more resources. Please use these models for tasks that require deep reasoning and complex problem-solving.

5. I need even more credits for the super advanced models like o1. What can I do?

For mobile devices:

First, the system uses the 1000 monthly advanced credits

Next, it uses credits from the Booster Pack （if have）

Finally, the model quality may be reduced

For the browser extension:

First, the system uses any extra credits (if have)

Then, it uses credits from the Booster Pack (if have)

7. Can I upgrade from the Pocket Plan to other plans?

Yes, you can upgrade from the Pocket Plan, but with the following conditions:

Upgrades are only available through the mobile app (iOS or Android)

The only upgrade option is to the Unlimited plan

To upgrade, go to the subscription management section in the Sider mobile app and follow the prompts to upgrade to the Unlimited plan. This will convert your subscription to a full cross-platform plan.
