సారాంశం

Meng Jiang, a virtuous woman, defied an oppressive emperor after her husband was conscripted and died while building a great wall. Her tears caused parts of the wall to crumble, leading the emperor to offer her a position as a concubine. Instead, she demanded a proper funeral for her husband and ultimately chose to drown herself.
