We’re happy to introduce a new feature in v4.18 of Sider Extension: the ability to share your AI chat conversations! With this new feature, you can select specific messages from your chat and share them easily via a link or image.
Introducing the Share Feature
With the new share feature, you can:
- Select Messages: Pick specific messages from your AI chat to share.
- Share via Links: Generate a unique link to share your selected messages.
- Share via Images: Generate an image of your selected messages to share on social media or paste in documents.
How to Share Your AI Chat
Step 1. Make sure you have v4.18 or above of the Sider extension.
Step 2. Launch Sider Extension, open the chat you want to share, and click “Share” at the end of the chat.
Step 3. Click to select the messages you want to share.
Step 4. Click “Copy link” to copy the shareable link or “Generate image” to create the image.
Step 5. Share the link or image.
Why You Should Use the Share Feature
The new share feature helps you:
- Collaborate Easily: Share important information with colleagues or team members.
- Engage Your Audience: Post interesting chat snippets on social media.
- Save and Share Insights: Keep and share valuable insights from your chats.
Upgrading and Installation
You might be automatically upgraded to v4.18 to access the “Share” feature. If you are using an older version, you can manually update it:
Step 1. Go to “Extensions”
Step 2. Choose “Manage Extensions.”
Step 3. Turn on “Developer mode.”
Step 4. Click “Update.”
