Why haven't I received credits after inviting a friend?

You can check the actual credits earned from successful invitations on the invitation page. However, your friend must register and download Sider through the link you shared for it to count. If the credits don't add up, refresh the page or log out and log in again. If they still don't add, please contact [email protected] promptly.

Are the credits received from invitations one-time only?

Yes, invitation credits are one-time.

Where can I check how much of my invitation credits have been used and how much remains?

In 'my account - billing', 'extra' shows the credits earned from invitations and the remaining balance.
