How much is the limit for a paid account?
How are charges calculated for upgrading a package?
You can directly select and pay for the package you want to upgrade to on the payment interface. The system automatically calculates the remaining days of your current package and converts it into a cost, which is then deducted from the new package's fee.
Why haven't my credits arrived after making a payment?
First, check if the logged-in account in the 'account' section is the one used for payment. If so you can check the actual usage and remaining credits in 'my account - billing'. If the numbers still don't match, please contact [email protected] promptly. For paid members, can the unused credits be carried over to the next month?
No. For paid members, unused credits cannot be carried over to the next month. Monthly credits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle, as OpenAI also resets our quota on a monthly basis.
When will the credit for paid members be reset? Will it be at the start of the month?
The credit reset occurs one month after you subscribe, and it is not based on the calendar month. For example, if you subscribe on April 15th, your credits will be reset on May 15th.You can check the credits reset day in My Account - Billing. For instance, the credits reset day here is the 17th of every month.
If I purchase at Sider extension, can I use Sider Mac app as well?
Sure. The account is shared on all Sider platforms, and all platforms share the credits.
Can I issue an invoice?
The PDF format of invoice will be provided. You can download it through "My Account" - "Billing". Then you can download your invoice by clicking the button next to the payment date. How to unsubscribe the plan?

Will the subscription automatically renew?
Currently, subscriptions do automatically renew. If you want to cancel, you can follow the instructions provided earlier.
Will I receive any notification before my subscription is renewed?
At the moment, no, but our team is working on that, and it will be added soon.
How can I pay for the subscription?
We are using Stripe, the transaction platform which is also used by OpenAI. Maybe your cards are not supported by Stripe. We are sorry about it. As an alternative, if you use PayPal, you can transfer to [email protected] making the payment, please DO let us know. Since PayPal is not the default payment system connected to our product, we will need to manually add the premium for you. How to use a redemption code?
First, go to the My Account page and click the "Redeem Membership Code" button at the bottom. Enter your redemption code and the verification code to complete the redemption.

Monthly Subscriptions:
- Monthly plans are designed for flexibility, allowing users to start and cancel at any time without long-term commitment.
- As such, all monthly payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
Yearly Subscriptions:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 20 advanced credits and fewer than 10 elite credits have been used. If approved, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, considering both time and usage.
- After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Refund Limitations:
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases or deny refund requests if more than two refunds have been issued for the same account or payment method.
